This single-storey detached building has been recently transformed into a delightful, airy retreat for 2-4 people.  It benefits from a gravelled driveway for up to 2 cars and a large garden which includes fruit bushes, wildflower garden and orchard.  Located in upper Bay, it is set in a peaceful location away from the hustle and bustle but is just a 10-minute stroll down Bay Bank and to the beach.

• Stable-type entrance door into lounge with double sofa (which easily converts into a comfortable double bed), flat-screen colour TV, multi-fuel stove and radio/cassette player. Picture window to garden. Full central heating throughout.
• Open plan kitchen with quarry-tiled floor, built-in electric oven and hob, microwave and refrigerator.
• Corridor leads to bedroom with pine double bed, fitted cupboards, double wardrobe and wall-mounted electric heater.
• Bathroom with quarry-tiled floor, wall-mounted electric heater, extractor fan and white suite comprising panelled bath with shower over, WC and pedestal wash basin.
• Bed linen and electricity are provided for the main bed but guests are requested to bring their own towels and bed linen for the bed settee. 
• Hot water is provided by immersion heater.
• Iron and ironing board available.
• Outside, there are extensive lawns to the front, side and rear of the cottage with mature flower, tree and shrub borders, barbecue area and stone wall boundary.
• Strictly no smoking inside the cottage.
